Submit a Payment for Gross Receipts Tax on MyCCNCPay

You can now submit payments for your Gross Receipts Tax on MyCCNCPay. After filing your return in the Gross Receipts Taxpayer Portal follow the steps below to complete your payment:

1.  In the Gross Receipts Taxpayer Portal, click Pay Bill Now

Note: For assistance using the Gross Receipts Taxpayer Portal, contact the Cumberland County Tax Administration Department.

2. You will be routed to MyCCNCPay. Select a login option to continue (see Create a Profile on MyCCNCPay).

3. In the conversation click Continue, then select Add to cart

4. In the cart, click Continue to Checkout

5. Select a payment method and click the blue Pay $--.-- button to complete your payment

Note: If you have a saved payment method, it will automatically appear here. If you have not added a payment method before or are proceeding as a guest, select "Add Payment Card" or "Link Bank Account" to enter your payment information. 

After completing your payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you are signed into your MyCCNCPay account, a receipt will also be stored in your profile (see Find a Receipt on MyCCNCPay).
