Unenroll from AutoPay on MyCCNCPay

No longer want to have your utility bills paid automatically on MyCCNCPay? No problem! Follow the steps below to cancel AutoPay:

1. Sign in to your MyCCNCPay profile and select Explore Service under "Cumberland County Public Utilities"

2. Select Manage AutoPay

3. Select Unenroll Account

4. Click Submit

Note: If you have multiple accounts enrolled, you will first be prompted to select the account you wish to unenroll and then click Submit.

Your account is now unenrolled and manual payments will need to be made going forward.
