Schedule a Payment on MyCCNCPay

After creating a MyCCNCPay profile (see Create a Profile on MyCCNCPay) you can schedule a utility payment before or after the bill due date. To schedule a payment follow the steps below: 

1. Click Continue to Checkout

2. After choosing your payment method, select your preferred "Payment Date", then click the blue Pay $--.-- button to complete your payment

Note: If you schedule a payment for a date after the due date interest and fees may accrue. 

After completing your payment, you will receive an email confirmation. Your receipt will also be stored in your profile (see Find a Receipt on MyCCNCPay).
