Partial Payments on MyCCNCPay

Cumberland County property tax bills can be paid in full or in part on MyCCNCPay. As you go through the process of making your payment (see Pay a Property Tax Bill on MyCCNCPay), you will be prompted to add the property to your cart and checkout. During checkout, you will have the option to enter a partial amount. To make a partial payment follow the steps below: 

1. Click Continue to Checkout

2. Enter your partial payment amount in the "Payment Amount" field

3. Select a payment method and a preferred "Payment Date". Then click the blue Pay $--.-- button to complete your payment.

Note: If you have a stored payment method, it will automatically appear here. If you are signed in, click Change Payment Method to use a different payment method or to add a new one. If you have not added a payment method before or are proceeding as a guest, select Choose Payment Method to add a credit/debit card or bank account. 

After completing your payment, you will receive an email confirmation. If you are signed into your MyCCNCPay account, a receipt will also be stored in your profile (see Find a Receipt on MyCCNCPay).
